ADVERTISING
I advertise and promote my work on various social & I promote my work on various platforms. By booking with me, you agree to be recorded, videoed, and/or photographed during and after your service. Clients are not compensated for any media, as I own all rights.
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds. Within 48 hours of installation, I will fix security issues (e.g., tension, slipping, unraveling) at no charge. After 48 hours, a $35 fee applies for minor touch-ups, available up to 7 days.
LATE ARRIVAL
There is a 30 minute grace period which starts immediately at the start time of your appointment. At 30 minutes, an additional $15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. After 30 minutes, I may not be able to service you do to inconveniencing my schedule for the remainder of the day. In the event I am 30 minutes late, you will receive $15 off your service. I will communicate via text as soon as possible if I need you to come at a later time. The only time this will not apply is if access to the salon is blocked by an incident or investigation by the police or emergency personnel. In this case, both parties are inconvenienced by things out of their control.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit specified by each service is due at time of booking which is credited towards your total. Deposits are only refunded if the appointment is canceled by the service provider. Deposits are only transferable if the rescheduled appointment is booked within the same month. The remaining balance can be paid via exact cash or credit/debit card.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your appointment via your client profile on the website. If you need cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment by logging into your client profile. You also have the option text or call Dom, (470) 660-4920, to communicate your cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit & you are responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. Changes to hairstyles must be made before 24hrs of your scheduled appointment. If you would like a different service please log on to your client profile on the website to change your appointment type. If a new deposit is required, both deposits will go towards the final payment. Please note you may not be able to be serviced on the same day or time of your previous appointment if the allotted time is not available. If you no call/no show, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
SALON ETIQUETTE & POLICIES
Please do not bring any extra guests. For children, they may be accompanied by one parent or guardian I reserve the right to dismiss and/or ban any guests for any reason. Any behavior that interferes with my ability to work efficiently will result in a void of appointment and will not be continued. In the case of a voided appointment, you will need to pay 50% of the remaining balance.
HAIR HEALTH & APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Shampoo/Conditioning is included in every service. I will deny and/or void any booking of a style if I notice any scalp abrasions, lesions, infections, or other indications that you are unfit for a new style. Your appointment will also be voided or upcharge depending if you arrive without taking down a previous style, there is unmanageable buildup, knots, and /or excessive tangling or matting.
